“I'd breezed through the internet and found Mobile oil change services touting: "Changing the way you Change Oil".  Intrigued and I'm always game for something new...  I found a local place, www.oilpitstop.com on the internet, scheduled an appointment, and soon after I received a confirmation call.  They came to my work place at the time/date I scheduled and they changed my oil and filters AND rotated my tires in under 15 min. and I didn't even go outside!  And along the same lines... they aren't charging an outlandish fee for this luxury.  Companies that focus on 'service' without nickel and diming their customers always win in the long run.  I'm really impressed to see bright spots like this in the commercial world.  Good old-fashioned service hinges on the premise that if you do good work, with your focus upon the consumer...(not the billing), you'll have all the work you can stand, because you'll have seeded LOYALTY.”
